Returns

If you are not happy with your purchases, we are happy to offer a refund.

Eligibility for Returns

- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.  

- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.  

- Customised or personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged.  

How to Return an Item

1. Contact Us: Email our team at sales@deco-curio.com within 14 days of receiving your order, specifying the reason for the return. For faulty or damaged items, please include photos and a description of the issue.  

2. Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.  

3. Shipping: The item must be securely packaged and returned using a trackable shipping service. Proof of postage should be retained.  

International Returns

EU & UK Customers:  

  - If you cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, you are entitled to a refund for the item and the original delivery charge.  

  - The cost of return shipping, including any customs duties or fees, is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error.  

  - Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.  

Non-EU/UK Customers: 

  - For customers outside the EU and UK, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error.  

  - Customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable.  

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.  

Original delivery charges are non-refundable except in the following cases:  

  - The item is faulty or damaged.  

  - For EU and UK customers cancelling within the 14-day cooling-off period.  

Refunds may be refused if the item does not meet our return eligibility criteria (e.g., used or damaged items).  

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return it for a refund and place a new order.  

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:  

- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).  

- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or accidents.  

- Customised or personalised items.  

Damaged or Faulty Items

- If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and a description of the issue.  

- After assessment, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.  

Additional Notes

- Deco Curio Ltd is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Please use a trackable and insured shipping service.  

- For international returns, ensure all customs documentation is correctly completed to avoid delays or additional charges.  

- We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet our eligibility criteria.  

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
