Hong Kong Delivery
- Free delivery is available to most addresses on Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories.
- For Outlying Islands or remote areas of the New Territories, delivery will be arranged through a local courier, and charges will apply based on their rates.
- If courier service is unavailable, we will coordinate with you to arrange collection at a convenient location.
All orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days, subject to credit clearance and address verification, unless stated otherwise.

Free delivery is available to the following countries with a minimum spending equivalent of HKD 1,000 (approximate currency equivalents are provided below):

Items Covered by Delivery Rates
- Free shipping and flat rate delivery charges apply to tableware and smaller framed artworks only.
- For larger pieces (e.g. larger artworks), please contact us directly for a custom shipping quote.
Customs, Import Taxes and Additional Fees
- Customers are responsible for paying all applicable customs duties, import taxes and fees associated with their orders upon delivery.
- These charges are determined by the destination country and are beyond our control. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about potential charges before placing your order.
Delivery Times
- Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, local courier issues, extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances outside our control.
- The company is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by third-party services or events beyond our reasonable control.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
- We take great care to package your items securely. However, in the rare event that your parcel is lost or damaged during transit:
- Please notify us within 7 days of receiving a damaged parcel or of the expected delivery date for a lost parcel.
- Claims for lost or damaged parcels will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Proof of damage (e.g. photographs) or tracking details may be required to process your claim.
Incorrect Delivery Information
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays, lost parcels or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.
Undeliverable Parcels
- If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g. due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from a delivery point):
- Customers will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the parcel.
- Refunds may be issued for the cost of the items only, excluding the original shipping costs.
Returns and Refunds
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we have made an error.
